1. Ingredients

  • ¼ cup dried red lentils (~ 50g)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ tbsp curry power
  • ¼ bunch coriander
  • ¼ lemon
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 cup water

2. Preparing

wash lentils, tomatoes and coriander; chop onion, garlic, tomato and coriander

3. Cooking

heat oil and brown onion; add curry powder, garlic, tomatoes and lentils; add water and cook for 15 min; add lemon juice, salt, coriander, yoghurt; serve with whole-wheat bread
