1. Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ¼ cucumber
  • ½ onion
  • ¼ pack feta cheese
  • ¼ tbsp oregano
  • ½ tbsp red vinegar
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt

2. Preparing

wash and chop vegetables; cut feta into cubes

3. Cooking

mix all together and add vinegar, oil and salt; serve with whole-wheat bread
