  • ½ bell pepper
  • ½ eggplant
  • ½ zucchini
  • ½ onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tbsp provençal herbs
  • 2 slices bread
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt
