  • 10 baby potatoes
  • ½ eggplant
  • 1 twig rosemary
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt

2. Preparing

clean and wash potatoes, eggplant and rosemary; cut potatoes and eggplant; cook potatoes for 10 min

3. Cooking

heat oil and fry potatoes and eggplant; add rosemary and salt; serve with yoghurt
